The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Consumer Agreement
  • We operate on a normal 4-6 week turnaround time for most custom orders and out of stock items. Complex or highly specialized pieces may require as much as 6 months for production. Please plan accordingly.

    Custom orders of any type may:

    *Require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

    *Take from 4-10 weeks, sometimes longer, depending on the nature of the order and our current work schedule.

    *Custom order merchandise is not returnable.

    The balance on Custom Orders is due within 2 weeks of notification of the completion of the order. The order (including down payment) will be forfeit if final payment is delinquent.

    Prices

    Fabric availability will vary and may affect price, especially on customized orders.

    Prices on this web site supersede all previous published prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

    We welcome inquiries on custom designs not represented. Research, design and consultation is available at $30.00 per hour, which cost may be applied toward the purchase price when you place your order.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship via UPS ground. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order and an additional 5-7 business days for transit, depending on your location.



  • International
  • We ship via US Postal Service Air Parcel Post to international destinations, and Priority Mail to APO and FPO addresses. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order and an additional 14-21 business days for transit, depending on your location.

    Customs duty, brokerage fees, VAT, applicable taxes, additional receiving costs, etc. are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. We are sorry, but we are not able to determine the amount you will be charged for any of these costs, as these charges vary greatly for each country.

    We cannot intentionally mislabel your order with the intention of avoiding customs fees. Doing so is a Federal offense which would jeopardize our shipping privileges, and expose us to fines and possible imprisonment. Please don't ask.


  • Sales Tax
  • We charge California state sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties
  • All our merchandise is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.

    Clothing is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.

    This warrantee does not apply if a product is modified in any way, abused or used for a purpose or in a manner other than it was intended.



  • Return Policy
  • Custom order merchandise is not returnable.

    For any other merchandise, please inspect your order upon receipt.

    Claims or return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.

    No claims, returns or exchanges after 14 days. All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Items authorized for return or exchange must be received by us in original condition within 14 days for replacement, exchange or credit. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

    Returns/exchanges must include original invoice and authorization number.

    Returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee, at our discretion.

    Shipping and handling charges will not be credited.

    Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing your return or exchange.
