Foxglove® Moulin Rouge

This Foxglove® Moulin Rouge ensemble was designed for the Fashion International 2003 Style Awards and was displayed on the runway at A Novel Idea...A Look At The Classics. It is also featured in the movie Almost Romeo. The top is made of black velvet and is hand sewn with gold coins and gypsy trim. The 19th century under bust corset is red China silk, trimmed with black suede. The purple overskirt and burgundy underskirt are made of crepe back satin; the underskirt is adorned with gypsy trims and satin ruffles.
